Must have atleast 2 year experience with zonal till systems, a friendly, outgoing personality with great leadership skills, flair and passion for bar industry and an interest and knowledge of Cocktails will be beneficial.

Reporting directly to the General Manager you will assist with the day to day running of the bar. Your responsibilities will include;
-Cash handling and reconciliation
-Stock Control
-Opening and Closing
-Staff Management
