The room:
Sunny, south-facing room overlooking communal back garden in a quiet corner of Leith, just up the street from Ocean Terminal. Small but not cramped; double bed is on a sturdy platform above the door, with convenient power outlets. In-room furniture is two chests of drawers, an end-table with drawers and shelf, and two clothes-rails built in under the bed (see pictures - sorry for all my stuff in the way). Deep storage shelves behind the door are incredibly handy! And if you want a bookshelf or two or the desk, say so - they'll just go into storage otherwise.

The flat:
Large living-room with dining niche, well-equipped kitchen, large bathroom with full bath & electric shower, separate loo.
Bills and CT about £50-60/month

The conveniences:
Gas heat, washer (drying-space and rack in the bathroom, available lines in the garden), bus stops convenient to city centre, parking area across the street. Internet/wifi, television.

The flatmates:
Two laid-back, easygoing guys, mid-20's and working full-time. Really friendly and sociable.
