Would you like your running to feel smoother and more efficient?
Join us for our 4 hour workshop 'Core Running Inspirations' on Saturday 28th June to learn how to make your running more efficient while minimising your risk of injury.
The workshop integrates the fundamentals of pilates and core control with good running style and practice, and outlines proper, effective stretching.
This is suitable for anyone who runs, regardless of how long they have been running, what their speed is or what distances they run. It's for anyone who wants to improve their running style and its effectiveness.
The workshop is being delivered by 2 renowned and experienced coaches. Jenny MacLean is a pilates teacher who specialises in working with runners and triathletes. Caroline Toshack is a running coach who works with those completely new to running through to more experienced athletes. Both are themselves successful endurance athletes.
Core Running Inspirations takes place on 28th June from 1-5pm at Duddingston Kirk Hall. £40.
