Hi, I am looking for a new flatmate as my current flatmate is moving to Glasgow.

The flat is in Leith, in a quiet street between The Shore and Great Junction Street. Free parking for residents and several bus routes to town. Rent for the room is £300 per month. Council tax, phone/broadband, TV licence and electricity bills are shared with the other flatmate -me! I am 27, female and work full time. I like to cook and am tidy and clean. Looking for a female flatmate with similar interestes, ideally aged between 20-35.

Flat is rented from a letting agency Steyn Lettings and anyone interested would have to pass their reference checks and provide a £400 deposit. They prefer employed tenants but students are suitable too, as long as they can have a guarantor for the rent payments.
