ASA's client a major biotechnology research organisation based within the West Lothian area has a fantastic opportunity for a Proposal Developer to join their busy sales team. The role will be for an initial period of 6 months with a strong possibility of a permanent contract.
Working alongside the sales team you will assist in the winning of business to achieve sales targets.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Assisting in the preparation, review and finalisation of proposals and budgets
• Preparing and finalising proposals text and budgets
• Communicating with stakeholders to relay all customer information received including managing strategy calls and regular interactions with senior managers
• Developing working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Attending and participating in Global proposal team meetings.
Essential Requirements:
• Proposals experience within another clinical research organisation
• Experience working within a laboratory
• A Bachelors Degree in Life Science, Business Management or other related filed.
• Experience in one of the following, proposal management, marketing, or business development.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to prepare and interpret budgets.
