Customer Service Advisor Pensions Department Full-time

I am urgently recruiting for Call Centre Customer Service Advisors to join Scottish Widows in Dalkeith Road, Edinburgh.

In their state of the art contact centre, you will be the first point of contact (inbound calls only), for any pensions query. You would have to be able to deal with both the public and IFA's.

You will have a strong call centre background, know what excellent customer service means, be friendly and professional and want to start a career with Scottish Widows.

This role will start as a 6 month contract, will a possible extension thereafter. The payrate for the role is £7.54 / hour and you will be required to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

The start date for the role is Monday 16 November.
