I'm looking for a room in Edinburgh, reasonably close to the centre. Preferably with a double bed. I'm 21 and in my final year of an undergraduate degree at Edinburgh University. My budget is upto £350 a month (excluding bills). I'd like to live with clean and tidy individuals. Preferably mature, perhaps also final year students, or postgraduates.
