OfficeTeam Edinburgh are currently recruiting for a health organisation in Edinburgh.
The Role
OfficeTeam Edinburgh urgently require a Personal Assistant to start as soon as possible for an ongoing temporary position. The role will be working one on one with the Director of the organisation. Duties include extensive diary management on MS Outlook, arranging travel- both online and using a travel agent, taking accurate minutes for meetings to board level and typing up reports on MS Word. Applicants will also be required to answer correspondence via telephone and e-mail. There will also be a small amount of audio-typing using tapes. There may also be other basic ad-hoc duties required. Applicants will ideally have previously worked as a Personal or Executive Assistant to a senior level.They should be fully competent on MS Office and be a proficient typist. As this position is to start as soon as possible only those who are available immediately and not already in permanent employment should apply. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 to 5pm, but some flexibility may be allowed.
Salary & Benefits
£10.00 per hour, plus holiday pay.
