Full Time Commis Chef required for fine dining restaurant
Atrium is an award winning, long-established Edinburgh restaurant with two rosettes and a bib-gourmand. We pride ourselves on using the best seasonal and local produce available to produce food of outstanding quality.
We require a full time commis chef to join our team. Some experience is preferred although we will consider anybody who can demonstrate a passion for cooking using fresh, seasonal produce. You must be reliable, organised and have excellent communication skills. In return we offer a friendly work environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of the kitchen while working alongside one of Edinburgh's leading chef's.
