Customer Service Advisors
Diet Chef is the UK's largest diet food home delivery company. We are looking for several Customer Service Advisors to join a small team in our HQ with a salary of £16k pa.
Purpose:
To ensure all customer problems and enquiries are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal with customer issues in a friendly & efficient manner ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Assist customers with customised orders
Provide information to potential customers about the product and assist them with diet objectives
Provide support and advice to existing customers
The ideal candidate for this position:
Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
Must be standards driven and detail-orientated
Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
Must enjoy speaking to customers on the phone
Should have customer service or sales experience
The job is based at Diet Chef's head office in Newbridge.
