Very flexible terms (suggesting 3 month notice either way but open to discussion).

Who are we looking for? Any professional looking for somewhere productive to work and who is happy to share reasonably "quietly" (for example we will not accept people who have constant visitors, spend all day cold calling etc. Of course we all have visitors from time to time and need to make calls)

Why is it available? Due to expansion we are taking on more space but it suits us to take on more than we need.
