Hi, at the moment, i live on lothian road, my lease will come to an end at the end of August, and i thought i'd get in there quickly, and see if anyone has a room available from september onwards.
I currently pay 65 pounds bang on, bills included, and would say i'll go to 280 pounds per month in total for a convenient location.
To tell a little about me...i'm 27, self-employed, and it's been said before i'm handy to know! I'm very resourceful, energy conscious, and not wasteful in any way. I get on well with everybody (just ask my current flatmates as references), i don't smoke, drink on the odd occasion, and spend quite a bit of time with my girlfriend, who is here from Australia. If you'd like to know more, or indeed, have a room that may well interest me, i'd love to hear from anyone!
