Accounts Assistant
We are a people oriented IT company, based in Cumbernauld, Westfield Area, looking for a part time or full time book keeper/accounts assistant to join our accounts team on a permanent basis.
The Role –
The duties will be wide ranging and including data entry of purchase invoices, reconciliation of supplier accounts, recording and resolving supplier queries and many other duties.
The position also calls for a good deal of admin work including filing, record keeping,answering the telephone, opening incoming mail, photocopying, responding to and resolving queries, and assisting with ad hoc projects and duties as required.
The Candidate -
We have a relaxed office environment and need an individual who is positive, enthusiastic and self motivated.
- A good level of numeracy, accuracy and computer literacy is essential as the person will need to use Sage and Quick Books accounting packages along with use of Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise work.
- A good communicator with a flexible 'can-do' attitutde.
Prior experience in a similar position would be helpful but not imperative.
