Also good access to shops for all the essentials - Scot-Mid, Sainsbury’s, Somerfield all within a 5 min walk, plus lots of newsagents, takeaways etc.

Rent is £310 pcm plus bills (with council tax, gas and electric, Virgin tv, phone and internet, comes to about £400 pcm). The flat is owned by ScotMid, who are definitely one of the better landlords I’ve had over the years.
