Helpdesk Manager
An immediate vacancy has arisen for a helpdesk manager to join my client's office based near Glenrothes. My client is a manufacturing company that undertakes work for many major companies and local authorities in and around Scotland. In this role, you will be working alongside a fully trained workforce and team of mobile welders that produces cast iron garden furniture, gates and railings.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop and maintain formal procedures for consistency and increased productivity
- Manage internal compliance
- Monitor vehicle tacho and ensure vehicle MOT's are up to date
- Implement methodologies to improve first call resolution, manage customer perceptions, and build strong internal relationships
Demonstrable experience of Word and Excel are essential and you will have worked in a helpdesk role previously. As this is a relatively small organisation within a niche market, you will be self-motivated and have strong business development skills.
