*Software installation and trouble shooting including OS installation and upgrade.

*Teaching for beginners including all aspects of the 'Finder', 'iLife', 'iWork', 'iTunes', 'Time Machine' and 'Mobile Me'.

*Training in specific software such as 'Final Cut', 'PhotoShop', and all of the above.

All in plain English. (unless you want the jargon).

Diagnostics are free and if I cant fix it it wont cost you a penny.

Services available in person or over the phone. Most technical issues can also be diagnosed and/or solved through remote screen sharing using iChat or Skype.
