so. our flat is half way up marchmont road, its pretty big, spacious even.. it has a huge living room (with a spectacular home-made bar and many fairy-lights), a big pink kitchen and a bathroom full of ducks.
the room thats available is a resonable size double room with an interesting mezzanine bed (in addition to the real bed) where you can keep a great deal of stuff (or a friend).
there are three of us in the flat - two girls and a guy, all 20-ish (our friend is having to move out because the student loan people suck) and all students.
we need someone thats a student 'cause of the council tax thing and we'd prefer some-one around our age. someone who doesn't smoke would probably be better as the landlady says its no smoking and she's my aunt so i'd probably get into trouble.
the room is available from about the end of october, but we'd probably need the deposit before that 'cause we need to get this fixed soon.

also.. we're wonderful, accepting people but have very little tolerance of awful music. if you don't love the rolling stones, we don't want you.
actually, thats harsh. you don't have to love rock n' roll, you just have to be willing to listen to it and never EVER mention that actually you think lady gaga is better or that, in fact, you kinda like the pussycat dolls.
