Poster distobution, can you spare a couple of hours to help Chest, Heart&Stroke Scotland?

Needs assistance advertising our fun healthy events. Could you spare a couple of hours or even half an hour to pass some posters to your local gym, supermarket, community centre etc?
If you would love to do some volunteer work but don't have a lot of free time, this opportunity is for you. Help out whilst going about your routine, just pop a poster in while you do your shopping or while you are picking up the kids or pounding the tredmill!
