Hey there

I am looking for somebody to rent my room as i Have to come back to France at the end of the first academic semester.

My room is a spacious , quiet and furnished double bedroom with a king size bed , very comfortable .
My flat-mate is a very friendly 20 year-old Frencg Student , very easy to live and nice ! He has his own bedroom
The flat is very close to George Square , 5 minutes walking from the University , near the Meadows , great neighborhood!
The rent is £337,5 per month plus a deposit that you'll have to pay to the agency at the beginning ( given back at the end )..
The room is available from the the 17th December to the 11th June.
