Chef de Partie. Our client is a 2AA Rosette awarded hotel near Edinburgh who are recruiting a Chef de Partie capable of working on all sections of the kitchen.

Job Description

The Chef de Partie will report to the Sous Chef and Head Chef and will assist in the smooth running of the kitchen. Able to work on all sections of the kitchen except pastry. This is a busy kitchen and you will work on fine dining, brasserie and some banqueting.

Experience.

You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette awarded hotel or restaurant. Qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent and hold a current hygiene certificate.
