got a summary warrant today from those assholes Scott & Co. It appears two warnings are required, the council never sent a first. When I called the court I was told they could not tell me who rubber stamped it as hundreds go through without the judge even looking at them. Everyone should know that the council tax is not lawful. The council, police, courts etc are all companies. With company numbers etc. They cannot do much if you refuse to contract with them. Other than get their buddies in the system to do you over without you having any say in this process.

On a council tax bill your name has to be in capitals so they can contract with you. It comes from the legal fiction created at birth. What they are really contracting with is a piece of paper, itself blind and dumb. Only corporations have a title, do you think of yourself as a corporation? They need you to be.

The time has come to fight this tyranny, this totalitarian dictatorship. Its your money. If you get a council tax bill don't simply ignore it. Send it back stating no contract, or ask them to prove that you are a corporation and not a man.

Most people will simply pay these threatening Scott & Co letters. Why? Join me in fighting an unjust tax and a criminal regime. If you are severely brainwashed and believe you have no pay it or simply have no balls, then keep yourself plugged in to their propaganda, lies and criminal activity.
