Temporary Receptionist / Administrator

ASA 's client is seeking a receptionist / administrator for a 4-6 week period. The role requires an organised and efficient candidate with experience of dealing with enquiries and questions. Duties include:

Raising purchase orders
Ordering and managing stationery
Covering switchboard and reception duties when required
Booking travel
Supporting the office manager
General office administration including database updates, filing and mail duties
