RHC Cougars has 3 teams that play at National and local level.
Our 1st XV play in National league 1 while 2nd team play in Div 2 of the national 2nd XV league. Our 3rd XV play in the local Edinburgh league - which is just as much about the rugby as it is about a post match beer.

Training is every Tuesday and Thursday from 6.45 to 8ish and games are on Saturdays. How often you attend training will depend on the level of rugby you wanna play!

The club is based in the west of Edinburgh between Murrayfield and the Gyle so is easily accessible by bus.
