Hi there. I have a double room coming up in mid august for a minimum term of 6 months. It's in a bright big 3rd floor flat. All the usual stuff 1 bathroom, gas central heating, wireless internet, washing machine and a box room if you need to store extra stuff.
Rent is 312.50 PCM and council Tax is 92 PCM. While this may seem steep to some, if you work in the city centre you'll never need to buy a monthly bus pass which would set you back 30 quid anyway. Gas and electricity bills are split 50/50 as and when they come in.
You'll be sharing with me who is a 29 year old professional male and my 2 goldfish... Sorry no students (due to council tax) or people who like to have loud parties. Been there and done all that!
