My partner and I have a ground floor 1 bed flat in a block of 4 in chelmsley wood, we have a front and rear garden (the rear being enclosed ). We have 3 good neighbours and are within walking distance to a parade of shops and a new medical centre is also a short walk from the flat. There is a bus stop right outside the door and we are 5 Min's bus ride from the town centre. The area itself is undergoing regeneration. The flat is due to be rewired and have a new gas boiler and radiators fitted and also a new kitchen fitted, so will need re-decorating but has excellent potential.
