I am going back home soon and I would like to rent my room since May 17th untill July 1st. If you would prefer you can move in anytime after 17th of May, and the rent for this month and a half is only 280 pounds.

The room is really, really nice and the flat as well. The location is very central, close to Princess Street and a short walk away from Royal Botanic Gardens. You would share with 2 students.
