I was so impressed I ran out and bought it from Argos the same day (instant gratification lol) Had been using the lie on the floor version for years and found it didnt push me enough anymore. This machine is excellent the 200 degree movement works your muscles far more and Ive seen incredible results in the short time Ive been using it. The additonal resistance cords are a bonus and the whole thing was very quick and easy to put together as most of it comes ready assembled. If you want a flat stomach with defined abs then you cant beat this machine for fantastic fast results.
