The flat is fully furnished and comprises a huge kitchen, large living room, box room for storage, bathroom with bath and two good sized bedrooms one of which could be yours. The flat is in an excellent location, on a quiet street near Leith Walk and Easter Road which means great shopping and convenient and frequent bus service everywhere.

The amenities include gas stove, microwave, toaster, washing machine, broadband internet, Sky television including Sky Sports and Sky Movies, telephone etc. and 2 goldfish.

My current flatmate must return unexpectedly to Spain for the end of the month so I would like someone willing to commit to at least a 6 month lease starting 1 December through the letting agent.

I am a female in my late 20s working in Edinburgh, looking for another professional to share with as we must pay council tax. There is no HMO license in the flat so sorry, no couples.
