We are two mid-20 females studying at Napier who are currently looking for 2 other flatmates to live with us in our 4 bedroom flat in Gayfield Square, top of leith walk.
We are both quite independant and keen to meet new people!
We are looking for 2 people (male or female, students only – for council tax reasons) to move in ASAP. Rent will be from £230 - £250 a month depending on room size. There is also an initial £85 admin fee, and one month deposit required.
We just want someone chilled out and considerate!
