Lovely Northern Irish gal looking for a young ( mid-late 20s) female professional to share a beautiful flat on Morningside Road.

The flat comprises of 2 double rooms (smaller of the 2 is on offer for rent),hallway, 1 kitchen with dining recess, bright sunny lounge with bay window and bathroom. Mostly wood flooring throughout.
Rent is £350 plus gas/electricity each quarter , £15 for phone/wifi internet and £65 Council tax (per month).

The room: Comes with a double bed, bedside unit, wardrobe, chest of drawers (and/or desk-depending on what you want-you can store what isn't needed). Though the room is smaller than mine it is lovely and catches plenty of the morning sun.

This is a great flat- just hoping to find the right girl to move in :)

The room will be available from the end of October (TBC) -deposit and initial rent to be dealt with through my landlord.
