Credit Control Assistant

Contacting Suppliers and requesting Reference information by Tel, Fax and Email for mutual customers looking to open credit accounts with us, then pursuing them as and when required.

•Preparing and issuing statements on a monthly basis, and ad-hoc when required.
Banking
Assisting the Credit Controller with administrative tasks (i.e. data input etc).
Sending copy invoices as and when required.
Checking, enveloping and issuing statements once production is automated.
General office administration.
Processing of payments using PDQ machine and subsequent

You should have at least 1 year’s previous experience of working in an office or administrative environment and have 4 Standard Grades (Level 3) or equivalent, including English and Maths.
Good IT and keyboard skills are essential, in particular MS office applications – Excel and Word.

Working Hours-Monday-Friday-9-5.30
Salary up to £14k dep on exp
