The flat is suituated in the Slateford area, and is a 10 min walk from ASDA.
There is good bus services into the city centre which takes about 20 mins.
It is a room in a shared flat with two females. They are both tidy people who don't like mess, so someone like minded would be great!
Rent is £280 per month with 1 month's rent deposit.
There is private parking at the flat.
