(Women's team 18.30 - 20.00; Men's team 20.00 - 21.30)

Please bring coloured 2 tops with you - one very light/white, one very dark and £5 for the session.

Thereafter if you are wishing to join the club on a permanent basis we will discuss standing orders, registration etc.
