I like going out and inviting friends but i am not a party animal. I am looking for a professional male or female that is tidy, clean and easy going.

The total rent is £725. The council tax is band D (~£120-140). The bills for electricity and gas are ~£35 per person per month. So, you are looking at an average cost of £460 per month incuding everything.
