We have an exciting opportunity for a Commis Chef in our kitchens servicing a 120+ seat restaurant set within Edinburgh's newest visitor attraction; The John Hope Gateway situated in the beautiful and colourful setting of the Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh.

We require a full time commis chef to join our team. Some experience essential, we will consider anybody who can demonstrate a passion for cooking using fresh, seasonal produce. Succesful applicant must be reliable, organised with excellent communication skills. In return we offer a friendly work environment in which you will be able to expand your repertoire.
