My name is Anne-Sophie I'm a 23 years old French female looking for a job in catering and hospitality, ideally in a restaurant, brasserie or café in Edinburgh. I'm looking for a waitress position and I am willing to carry on in the hospitality field, I have experience but believe I still need training, and I'd like my next employer to help me cut my teeth in the restaurant business and give me a chance to start a career in this field (should I have to start from the very bottom).

I have previous waitressing experience which mostly involved working for London-based and French catering companies covering different types of events. I also have café and traditional brasserie experience. I believe I am flexible, with strong customer service skills. Coming from a family where cooking and hosting dinner parties were common place (both my parents now own a café/restaurant), I've always nurtured a curiosity and passion for good food and drinks and enjoy maintaining a happy atmosphere around mealtimes. I'm fluent in French and English, I'm highly motivated and hardworking and would be more than happy to mix my passion for the "arts de la table" with a career plan; all I'm asking is a chance and if you're ready to give it to me, I believe I would be an asset to your company.
