We are seeking applications for the post of Contact Centre Manager for our Client, a major player in their field.

Responsible for a team of up to 10 staff, you will coordinate both incoming and outgoing customer contact functions. Top priority is given to an exemplary customer experience, whilst maximising sales opportunities and achieving strategic goals and objectives. Leading by example, you will coach and train your team to ensure company standards are met and exceeded.

You and your team will work directly for our Client, dealing with their products and services: this is not an outsourcing centre!

You should offer strong management skills gained within a remote customer service arena. You will be an excellent communicator and an effective and proactive leader. Most importantly, you will demonstrate real commitment, ambition and the drive to succeed!
