In Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga precise sequences of postures are linked with the breath in a conscious wave-like flow of movement.
There are many benefits which naturally flow from its practice: flexibility, strenght,
clarity, calm, understanding and well-being.
The new format of teaching introduced lately is adaptable to each individual, and the fact that I am teaching a maximum of 16 people creates an intimate setting which is informal and relaxed.
If you love your yoga but found it to be expensive at times, please let me know and i will find a way to keep you on the mat.
