I have a large double bedroom with en-suite available in 2 bedroom flat. The flat also contains large lounge with dining area, kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom and boxroom/study.

I rent the flat from a letting agency, but unfortunately my current flatmate is leaving. The rent is £297.50 per month, council tax - £92, tv/internet - £20.50. You would need to complete an application form with the letting agency and pay for a credit check which is about £25. You would also need to pay a deposit of £453.

Well a bit a about me, I'm a 24 year old female working full time and non-smoker. I tend to go out at weekends, George St mainly but like to sit in during the week.

What I would prefer is someone also working full time, non smoker, not bothered if it's a girl or a guy Sorry no students or couples.
