Lightweight modern style double glazed caravan, (1994) with FULL AWNING. Waste and water bottles, gas bottle, step, and jack handle, and with all modern facilities on board. Gas cooker with oven, fridge with small freezer, 12v & 240v lighting, water heating unit supplying sink, handbasin and shower (never used by us), and gas fire.
The caravan has had recent tyres and service of gas, electric and water as we intended to use the caravan for our summer holidays, but a change of plans (newer caravan) force this sale.
Light green patterned velour, 'L' shaped layout makes two single or 1 double bed, flyscreens, blinds and curtains, green carpet and mosaic effect vinyl in the kitchen area. A long window at one side makes the caravan very bright and airy, and with skylights in the toilet and main area there's lots of ventilation.
The Cassette toilet and enough chemical solution for the season are accessed from outside the caravan, and water flush is electric.
A Westfalia safety hitch is fitted with anti theft ball; old style but still excellent to couple up and tow with, much better than the blade type.
It's not a new caravan, but is very tidy and looks well against newer models, tows a dream, and will be a super buy for new caravanners to tour with or maybe a couple seeking a weekender to park up on a seasonal site?
The awning, with zip out panels, doubles the usable space, easily accomodating a couple of camp beds in comfort, or handy for a table and chairs.
We need to sell the caravan to make space for our newer one, so a quick sale is essential, hence the nearest offer may be accepted.
