ASA's client is seeking a strong administration support candidate on a Permanent basis. This role involves the following responsibilities:
Provision of administration support to a team
Dealing with all telephone enquiries in a polite and professional manner
Providing a high level of customer service
Production of correspondence
Processing information
Attending meetings and taking minutes
Handling confidential information
Clerical and mail duties
Reception cover
Meeting and greeting clients
The successful candidate will have experience of working in an administration / secretarial support role covering the above duties and responsibilities.
It is essential that you can demonstrate excellent communication and organisation skills. Advanced PC skills are required.
