Hi, I have a 2 bedroom flat in Lady Nairne edinburgh, top floor 6 in a block, it is in a quiet culdisac with its own private balcony overlooking Arthurs Seat. I have had my letter of confirmation from the Council stating that a new Kitchen and Bathroom are being fitted hopefully before the end of 08, a Kitchen planner will be visiting the house to decide which way i would like the kitchen designed and the bathroom will be totally gutted and fitted out including shower. I am looking for the same size flat in Portobello.
