I have two house cats Molly and Romeo, they do not get out at all...It is a happy sunny home, i have a male Spanish lodger and a male Swedish lodger, the french lodger is moving in with friends sometime in Jan' 08. I prefer long term lodgers.
My home is close to Stevenson College also Napier Uni'. House is close to shops cinema and sports centre. It is about a 10-15 min' bus journey to city centre.I am a nurse and work nightduty, we all try to respect noise levels incase someone is trying to sleep.... ha namely me... Each room has a key and i have master key. We all have frontdoor key.I ask for a £100 deposit returned when you leave, if room still in good condition Rent £300 every 4 weeks paid in advance.
