I am heading home, looking for someone to take my lovely room. student or professional any age. Other flat mates are between 23-26, must like to socialize. we are an international bunch, irish , spanish and french , (i am NZ) 2 boys and 2 girls, so if you think you can fit in come and have a look.

i am flexable on moving out dates it can be in the next week or 2 or the start of dec or on the 13th of dec when i go home, what ever is best for you.

council tax is included in this rent price, deposit is 300, we have internet, phone line (these are not included but is less then 20 pounds per month, and then power and gas also on top , great kitchen and living area and bathroom.

the location is perfect,right in the center of town, room looks over the meadows, gets the morning sun and has loads of space. i can email photos if you need them
