Lovely double room in pleasant sunny Newhaven flat available now for 5-6 months. Shorter term possible too.
I'm a professional in my thirties. Preferably looking to share with another professional, or a post-grad or mature student. I'm easy-going and sociable, enjoy sharing meals sometimes, but like to have my own space too.
The flat is close to Ocean Terminal and offers easy access to town by bus [11,7, 10,16] or bike [lovely cycle paths, and great for running around here too]. Regular night buses too.
All mod-cons including gas central heating, wifi internet, and well equipped kitchen. Ample storage space. Bedding and towels provided if needed.
Deposit required. Rent includes all bills, except phone usage.
Non-smokers only.
