Hi i have a 3 bedroom 4 in a block ( i have the house above) with own side door lady below has her own front door. 2 double room and 1 single. got very small side garden to the side door with my own medium back garden. place needs decorating .has huge attic.
bathroom is to be upgraded by the council soon and gsh installed.

would like 3 bedroom must be house or 4 in a block (but only ground floor if four in a block) may consider a flat if its on ground floor and has a garden as i have a disabled child. not bothered if needs decorating everyone normally decorates to their own taste anyway.
would like moredun, chesser or south of edinburgh preferrably but may consider other places.
