The flat is on the 1st floor in a traditional Victorian tenement block and is a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the City Centre.

This flat has been completely renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. The bright open plan living room/kitchen has wooden flooring, a well equipped kitchen area including a ceramic hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and microwave oven. There is a dining table and chairs, L-shaped sofa, satellite TV and broadband access.

One bedroom has a double bed and the other twin beds that can be arranged as a king-sized double bed. The stylish new bathroom has a shower over a full-size bath.

Linen, towels, ironing facilities are all provided.

There is a personal meet and greet service which will help you get the best out of your visit to Edinburgh. Edinburgh has a wide range of historical attractions, galleries and museums, as well as the stunning architecture displayed in both the Georgian New Town and in the winding streets of the Old Town. Each August the city hosts the International Festival, the Fringe Festival and the Military Tattoo, with Hogmanay celebrations at New Year.

Location:
The flat is in Gayfield St which is just off Gayfield Square at the top of Leith Walk. It is very close to the Playhouse Theatre, John Lewis, Harvey Nichols and all the other up-market shops in this area. The trendy Broughton St area with it’s lovely café’s and bars is close by as are some great food shops such as Valvonna and Crolla and Crombies – the sausage shop are in the immediate vicinity. It is about a 5 minute walk to Princes St and the gardens.
