The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed (two storage draws within the base of the bed), desk & chair, large mirror, tall standing lamp, old wooden shutters, cupboard with several shelf’s, large TV with stand and a wood framed wardrobe with a canvas cover (we do have another canvas wardrobe available so were going to see if they will both fit nicely in the room for more storage) and a comfy arm chair with central heating.



The room is cream and clean with high ceilings, and all the furniture is plain so nothing is a real eye sore

Wireless is available throughout the flat and every bedroom has its own cable TV box subscribing to the XL package.

Sorry guys but we DONT have a LIVING ROOM, just a cosy kitchen with several kitchen utensils if you like to cook like we do, fridge/Freezer, washing machine/dryer! A bath room with big bath/shower.

Located 15min from Princes Street, your central to pretty much everything that’s in the heart of Edinburgh.

Rent is £270 a month; + £50 bills this includes rent, gas, leccy, council tax, internet and cable TV. + £10 every 3 months for the TV licence. or £320 all in



You'll be sharing the flat with two Edinburgh girls in their early 20's.

We're both pretty sociable, like to spend most weekends in the pub or hanging out in the flat, we may like to party on the odd occasion but we also like our own space to chill out. Like to watch cult films, foodie tv shows, come dine with meeeee, like alll sorts of music, 80's classics, 60's rock n roll, dub step, Drum n bass, techno, trip hop anything with a good beat really

We both tend to keep it quite during the week then let loose at the weekend with a chilled out Sunday- work hard - party hard

We've both been in the flat for nearly two years now, so we're looking for someone who is reliable, long-term and sensible when it comes to paying the rent wither you’re a student or working professional.

Ideally looking for a female flatmate but we are open to suggestion. Someone who is clean, tidy and who will pull their own weight around the flat.

Someone who enjoys their food as well as a bevy and some good old proper banter

There’s a £200 deposit and if you move in before the 15th November we'll only charge £200 for the rest of the month all inclusive and start rent fresh on the 2nd of the following month.
