Looking for a candidate that has had a few years experience working in small hotels with busy restaurant and bar. We are a family run 8 bedroomed hotel with a function room, restaurant and bar in Bonnyrigg. Looking for someone who is capable of dealing with the public, waiting tables and bar work. Ideal canditate would be trained in all areas to progress in this field. Should have own transport or be on the 31 bus route. Meals provided on duty, Starting rate of pay from £6.25 per hour onwards depending on experience.
