About the location:

The apartment is located on West Bow which is part of the historical Grassmarket. Nestled in the heart of Edinburgh's historic Old Town, the Grassmarket area is one of the most vibrant, picturesque and convivial areas of the city being central to the festival, with many of the best venues in walking distance.

Availability and Rates:

The flat is available for weekly rentals from Wednesday 30th July 2008 until Wednesday 10th September 2008. Longer rentals are possible on request.

•Weekly rate (minimal term) - £500 inclusive

A 15% deposit is required on conformation (via PayPal) and the remainder of the rent paid fully on arrival
